The whole metal door frame roll forming line consists of de-coiler, main forming machine, tracing cutting part, run-out table, and electrical system. Rollers on the line are also called molds. The material can be processed through rollers continuously to get the required profile. Rollers include the flat roller, middle equipment, side rollers and flatting rollers. Normally the roller material is designed with GCr15, the bearing steel after exactitude processed and special treated. All the roller shapes are designed by the professional software, "cool bending aux designing software". It is best to get the most reasonable roller shape with its position on the line. This will guarantee high precision profiles.
