Ceiling T-Bar Forming Machine

A system of metal members, the Ceiling Suspension System is designed to support a suspended ceiling, typically an acoustical ceiling. It can also be designed to accommodate lighting fixtures or air diffusers. The T Bar Lay In Grid System consists of only one tile per module with both the main runner and cross runner exposed. All edges of the tile are supported by the exposed T bars, reducing the chance of visible damage after accessing the ceiling cavity. Offering a simple system, it's the ideal solution for suburban offices, hospitals and schools.

We provide a fully automatic machine with in-line punching of T-bars in the various custom models and sizes. The ceiling T-Bar, T runner roll forming machines consist of a Main T-Bar Machine, a Cross T-Bar Machine and an Angle Roll forming machine, for manufacturing main T-Bar, Cross-T-Bar, wall angle, ceiling panel.

Automatic Main T-bar Cold Roll Forming Machine
Main T: Two heads and middle holes are punched and cut-off at the same time after forming. Main ceiling tee length is 3.6m (12feet).
