Corrugated Iron Sheets
With the advantage of being lightweight and easy to transport, corrugated iron Sheets are widely used, especially in rural and military buildings such as sheds and water tanks.
The corrugations are described in terms of pitch (the distance between two crests) and depth (the height from the top of a crest to the bottom of a trough). Almost all the corrugated iron sheet produced has the same pitch of 3 inches (76 mm).
Corrugated Sheet Rolling Machine
This kind corrugated sheet rolling machine can bend riveted corrugated steel tanks and agricultural silos with formed corrugated sheet.
The Corrugated Steel Bending Machine is a three roll double pinch machine specifically designed to roll corrugated sheets of galvanized steel up to 8mm (5/16") thick. Corrugated steel is mainly rolled for tanks, drainage pipes and highway safety rails. There is no standard model. They are built per customer requirements. The control options are available with this line are the same as that for the Alpha, Kappa and Beta lines.
The machine is basically a three roll double pinch machine. It is specifically designed for bending corrugated materials in steel and aluminum for different material thickness. Corrugated steel is mainly rolled for tanks, drainage pipes and highway safety rails. There is no standard rolling machine. They are built per customer requirements.
Top and pinching rolls are driven by independent hydraulic motors. Raising and lowering of the pinching roll is accomplished by hydraulic motor/ worm and pinion gearboxes. The drop-end is manual, the hydraulic version is optional.
