CNC Plasma Cutting Machine

Brief Introduction
Our plasma cutting machine take advantages of both in home and abroad and strictly meets the requirement of our customers. The frame is steady due to the use of steel welding (80×80×6mm). The high precision rails (in x- axes and y- axes) are all imported from South Korea. The error between the two rails in x- axes is less than ±0.05 mm, and the uprightness error between x- axes and y- axes is less than ±0.05. The machining speed is from 1 to 26.4 meters per minute. It ensures the cutting quality.

2. Drive System
The drive system is imported from Mitsubishi (Japan) and features good heat dispersion, less fault, and high resolving power in coder (4 times compared with medium-sized). It ensures the cutting quality.

4. Air Passage System

Lantek software is used in designing image on tube forming machines and processing data.
