The Rectangular Duct Machine (Auto Coil Line) –II consists of a metal feeding device, straightening and grooving equipment, notching and punching square equipment, and cutting equipment. The electrical control system uses a computer which combines with a closed-loop servo-system to increase the precision and stabilization of the line. The maximum working speed is 16m/min. The length tolerance is ±0.5mm. The diagonal line tolerance is ±0.8 mm. The feeding frame can be set as the customer's requirement.

Rectangular Duct Machine (Auto Coil Line) III consists of a metal feeding frame, leveling and grooving equipment, hydraulic punching square notch equipment, hydraulic cutter and folder. The electrical control system uses a computer with a closed-loop and servo-system to increase the precision and reliability of the manufacture line.

The maximum working speed of the Rectangular Duct Machine (Auto Coil Line) III is 10m/min. The length tolerance is ±o.5mm. The diagonal line tolerance is ±0.8mm.

One team will produce 1000m2 of square duct by using this system. This is the ideal solution for producing high specification ducts at a lower investment if the additional floor space is not a problem.

This is the Rectangular Duct Machine (Auto Coil Line) - TDF that our engineers specially designed based on the Chinese market auto line with full functions, working stable and automatic control system. The auto tube manufacturing coil-line combines a feeding metal frame, leveler grooving roll, hydraulic notch and punch square machine, hydraulic shear, movable Pittsburgh lock machine, duplex trans-verse flange manufacturing machine, TDF hydraulic folder and CNC system, etc.
