Slitting Line - Economical
For continuous slitting, we supply the brake and Separating discs as well as the recoiler. The slit strips are guided through Separating discs and a felt brake to the recoiler. The Separating discs ensure the perfect alignment of coil edges during recoiling. A pneumatic brake tightens the strips and can be adjusted manually.
This line is the most economical slitting line in sheet metal processing industry. High precision strips can be obtained through the line. The straightening device, as well as other parts, can be made according to the client's requirement.
The normal equipment on the line consists of de-coiler, leveling part, slitting device and quality slitting blade, re-coiler, etc.

De-coiling - Leveling – Slitting - Cutting Off
This slitting and shearing line is also called COMBI line, because it's used for shearing and slitting sheets. This line is quite slow but they are smaller than two single lines (a slitting line and a cut to length line) placed side by side. The roll forming process is as follows: un-coiler, slitting, cut to length. The slitting and shearing line is suitable for small quantities of flat sheet in workshops for window frame, water tank and ridge, etc. with the advantages of time-saving and work-saving.

This is a simple type slitting machine and cannot coil the slit metal sheet back to a coil again. The thickness range is small.
